Learn To Meditate Deeper Than A Zen Monk
Today I’m going to share with you how you can learn to meditate deeper than a zen monk – even if you’re brand new to meditation.
The video below will go into more detail on the specific meditation techniques that you can use to quiet the mind and relax your body deeply.
Learn to Meditate Without Borders
One of the things that can get in the way of meditating deeply is to have preconceived ideas on what meditation is and how it works. The best thing you can do is approach it with a fresh mind and be open to discovering for yourself what meditation can do for you.
When we put a boundary on anything, be it happiness, relationships, what it is we can do in the world, or what something we have never even tried means to us, then we limit any opportunity for self-discovery. The fact is that there are no limits in life, except for our self-imposed ones and the moment we let go of them, new horizons open up for us.
It may seem strange to be talking about limiting ideas, beliefs and meditation all in the same context but really they go hand-in-hand. It is our mind that prevents us from meditating deeply – nothing else. Our mind can tell us that it is all nonsense, or cause our body to be restless during meditation, or even make it hard for us to focus so we can enjoy our meditations.
Once we understand this, and we know how to work with our mind to help us step back from our doubts, fears and thoughts, then we discover that the mind will naturally quiet itself and our limitations begin to dissolve just like smoke in the wind.

In this video I’ll cover the fastest way to work with your mind to help it to naturally quiet down. Once you know how to do this, then meditating deeper than a zen monk can happen in minutes – instead of years.
I hope this video helped to simplify learning to meditate in just minutes a day. These tips and techniques are what helped me to get started and keep the momentum of my meditations going over 17 years ago.
